Ordering and Shipping Policy

Payment Forms Accepted

We accept Purchase Orders, prepayment by check, major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate purchasing cards.

Online Ordering Policy

Some of our products may be ordered online using our Secure Order Page. Before placing an order online, you will need a customer number. To obtain a customer number, if you do not already have one, you will need to register with us using our Inquiries Page. After you fill out the form and submit your information, a customer representative will call you or send you an email with your unique customer number. Once you have a valid customer number, you will not have to register again before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

All orders for stocked items are shipped within one business week of order receipt. For non-stocked items, please allow up to two weeks before shipment. In the case of backordered goods, the customer will be provided with an estimated ship date.
All shipments are by FEDEX or UPS Ground unless requested otherwise by customer. For expedited orders, additional shipping charges may apply.

Return and Refund Policy

All of our products carry a warranty and any products found to be defective will be serviced under our warranty policy. We stand behind our products and we are in business to serve our customers. If, for any reason, you feel that our products are not meeting your high standards, please contact us and we will first try to assist you in your use of the products. If we are unable to help you successfully use our products, we may permit you to return the products for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

Clinician Approval

Some of our products may only be ordered by or on the advice of a clinician. At the time you are issued a customer number, you may be asked to provide proof that you are a clinician or are ordering under the advice of a clinician.
